I did just operate into a challenge with the Pro33 front hub. When new I noticed that the front hub axle didn't spin very sleek when spun by hand. Once i mounted it from the fork it seemed to spin smooth ample and with the challenging flick of your wrist the wheel would spin easily for an extremely long time.
